Train yourself from home! E-learning, a new opportunity even in Albania

A new opportunity comes ahead to all the employees of the public administration who want to grow professionally. Besides the trainings in auditors, the School of Public Administration offers e-learning for the public administration employees. A teaching system designed to use electronic communication, an efficient alternative already offered even in our country. This way of operation significantly increases opportunities for a considerable number of civil employees, around 81, 500 who now have the possibility, flexibility and global experiences. Even in the economical and practical aspect, the e-learning will save time and money as well. Through the online platform and “face to face”, there are also a series of methods to be followed such as training in class and individual study related to issues treated by the expert. In this e-learning platform in the School of Public Administration, there will be offered 6 training courses online, says its director Fatmir Demneri. Another opportunity in this school is even the digital library, an intelligent system built on web for the training of civil servants and other budgetary employees. The e-library is a digital platform managing knowledge of the training curricula, supporting materials and the trainings` calendar by the School of Public Administration for the training of the local administration as well. This institution aims professional growth of the civil servants, as well as of those who are not part of the civil service. The budgetary institutions are ministries, the directorates under their direct administration or independent institutions or the constitutional ones. Their salaries are covered by the state budget.
