Ibuprofen is being tested for coronavirus treatment

Teams from two hospitals in London and those of King's College believe that this drug, which is anti-inflammatory and anti-pain, can treat breathing problems. They hope that this low-cost treatment can keep patients away from ventilator treatment. During the test, half of the patients will receive ibuprofen in addition to other medications. However, a more specific formula for this drug will be used in the test, unlike regular tablets used by humans.
