It is a magnificent and dynamic city not only during the summer season but throughout the entire year and is situated in a beautiful location, in front of the Karaburun peninsula and Sazan Island and surrounded by beaches and rocky sand that makes it an ideal place to spend some unforgettable holidays.

Kaninë Castle
Kaninë Castle is a castle in the village Kaninë near Vlorë. The castle was built on the site of an ancient settlement, one of the oldest in the Vlora region, and is believed to have been erected in the 3rd century B.C. It's one of the best sights because from there you can see a very beautiful view of Vlora City and it's perfect to watch sunsets.
Zvërnec Islands
Connected to the mainland by a long wooden bridge, the picturesque island is home to a 13C Byzantine Zvernec Monastery. It is worth going for a walk on a wooden bridge and on the island. It is very small but peaceful and has a beautiful landscape.
Narta Lagoon
It is situated within the boundaries of the Vjosa-Narta Protected Landscape and has been recognized as an important Bird and Plant Area of international importance. It’s home to very beautiful birds like Flamingo.
Muradie Mosque
The mosque was built in 1537 by the famous Ottoman Turkish architect Mimar Sinan during the rulership of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. The mosque is located in downtown Vlora on a central square, surrounded on all four sides with roads. The mosque has a dome with a supporting polygon-raised base, arched windows, and classical triangular forms topping the side walls. There is also a contrast between the texture, quality, color, as well as size, and sequence of the bricks used to build the Islamic prayer hall compared with the larger white chiseled stones used to build the minaret.
Karaburun Peninsula
Karaburun Peninsula is a wonderful tourist attraction situated in Vlora coastline, where the Adriatic Sea meets the Ionian Sea. Visiting Karaburun is adventurous and you can discover fabulous beaches, mysterious caves, capes, endless magnificent bays, crystal clear and deep waters, and the enviable climate of Vlora.
Llogara National Park
Located only 40 km southeast of Vlora, the Llogara National Park is one of the most visited natural parks in Albania. The Llogara Pass offers one of the most breathtaking views of the region of Himara and the Ionian sea.
